Our guesthouse offers 5 self-contained ensuite rooms, each with a private bathroom and an outdoor bistro area. Guests are welcome to explore our 1.5-acre paddock, which is ideal for guests with dogs.

Each room combines modern and traditional decor, creating a cosy and relaxing space. Located near the meeting point of Somerset, Devon, and Dorset and between two Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, makes the Golden Fleece an ideal base for any type of holiday. Many guests find us to be a convenient overnight stop on their way to and from Cornwall.

What makes us special? Along with the paddock and a World War II pillbox giving you a glimpse into Britain’s WWII defences, we provide a generous continental breakfast hamper, often enough to enjoy at lunch too. We also partner with Cricket Saint Thomas Golf Club, offering great value, scenic views, and even a cooked breakfast.
